How We Use Your Information

Your questionnaire responses are used solely to generate your personalized wedding speech. We do not use your personal stories, memories, or details for any other purpose. Your information is not shared with third parties except as necessary to process your payment, deliver your speech, send service-related emails, and operate and improve our website.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses a small amount of essential local storage (in your browser) to keep your questionnaire progress and let you return to your order. This is necessary for the site to function and cannot be switched off.

We also use analytics and marketing tools — Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel — to understand how visitors use our site and whether our ads lead to purchases. These tools set cookies in your browser. For visitors in the EU, UK, and Canada, they are only loaded after you accept cookies through the banner shown at the bottom of the site, and if you decline they never load. For visitors in the United States and Australia, they load by default and you can opt out at any time using the same banner — declining immediately stops tracking and clears any analytics or advertising cookies already set.

When you proceed to checkout, our payment processor (Stripe) may set its own cookies on its domain to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are essential to completing a purchase and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
